Essential cookies only — no ads, no cross-site tracking.

1. Our approach

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser; similar technologies include local storage and IndexedDB. NextVerseTech uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage to sign you in, keep the service secure and remember basic interface preferences. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising. Because these items are essential to provide the service you request, they do not require consent under the EU/UK ePrivacy rules.

2. Cookies and storage we use

NameTypePurposeDuration
__sessionFirst-party cookie (HTTP-only, secure)Keeps you signed in to your workspace and lets the server verify who you are on each request.14 days, or until you sign out
firebase:authUser:* / firebaseLocalStorageDbBrowser storage (IndexedDB or local storage)Stores your Firebase Authentication session in the browser so the app can load your workspace data securely.Until you sign out or clear browser data
Table and view preferencesBrowser local storageRemembers interface choices such as sorting and visible columns in candidate lists.Until you clear browser data

3. Third-party services you may interact with

  • Google sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google", Google sets its own cookies on its domains during sign-in, under Google's privacy policy.
  • Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal — when you subscribe or manage billing you are redirected to pages hosted by Stripe, which uses its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention, under Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Embedded videos on careers pages — if an employer embeds a video (for example from YouTube or Vimeo) on its careers page, that provider may set cookies when the video is loaded or played.

4. Careers pages and application forms

Candidates browsing a careers page or applying to a job do not need an account, and we do not set tracking cookies on those pages. Careers pages count visits for the employer (page views, the referring site or share-link tag, device type and an approximate location derived from a truncated network address) without cookies or any identifier that follows you between visits or sites; the browser's session storage keeps the share-link tag for the current tab only. Information submitted in an application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the employer's own privacy notice.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the essential items above, you will not be able to sign in or use the workspace. Signing out removes the session cookie.

6. Changes

If we add any non-essential cookies (for example, product analytics), we will update this policy first and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting them. Questions: [Privacy email].
