Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?
One subscription covers one workspace (your company) with unlimited jobs and team members. You pay in advance for the term you choose — $299 every month, $657 every 3 months, or $996 every 6 months — by card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial at the moment. You can start on the monthly plan and cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Moving to a longer term takes effect immediately and the unused part of your current term is credited. Moving to a shorter term takes effect at the end of your current term.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term: you keep full access until then and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial terms, except where a refund is required by law. See Cancellation and refunds in our Terms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. You can export candidates and applications as CSV and download resumes at any time. After a subscription ends, you can request an export for 30 days; we then delete workspace data within 90 days as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
Is AI screening included?
Yes, under fair use. AI scores and summaries are suggestions for your team — a person makes every decision, candidates can ask for human-only review, and equal-opportunity survey answers are never sent to the AI. See the AI Notice.
How is my data secured?
NextVerseTech runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States with encryption in transit and at rest, per-workspace isolation, role-based permissions enforced on the server, and an audit log. A DPA with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses applies to every customer, and our subprocessors are listed publicly.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and your full invoice history, billing details and tax ID are available under Settings → Billing → Manage billing.
